These Terms of Service (the "Terms" or the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and Aocus.net ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, AI-powered image and video generation tools, application programming interfaces (APIs), and any associated services (collectively, the "Services").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY, PARTICULARLY THE SECTIONS REGARDING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, BINDING ARBITRATION, AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP.
1.1. Binding Agreement. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1.2. Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the law, technical improvements, or business operations. We will notify you of material changes by posting an update on the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Services after the "Last Updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2.2. Account Accuracy. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
2.3. Security. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@aocus.net if you suspect any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4.1. Nature of AI. You acknowledge that AI and machine learning are evolving technologies. Output may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete.
4.2. No Guarantee of Uniqueness. Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across different users if similar Inputs are provided.
4.3. Professional Judgment. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of Output for your specific use case. Do not rely on Output for high-stakes decisions.
5.1. Paid Services. Certain features require a subscription or purchase of credits. Pricing and billing structures are detailed on the Platform.
5.2. Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
5.3. Refund Policy. Since AI generation consumes immediate computational resources, refunds are generally not provided for used credits. For unused subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@aocus.net, subject to evaluation.
Aocus.net aggregates third-party AI models (e.g., Flux, Stable Diffusion). Your use of the Services is also subject to the terms of these third-party providers. We do not control or assume liability for the data processing or outputs of these external models.
7.1. NO WARRANTIES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7.2. LIABILITY LIMIT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).
7.3. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aocus.net and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
